How employees clock in
- On their phone, at the workplace: employees clock in and out from the RafiqHR app, and a punch is only accepted inside the geofence you set for each branch or site.
- On a shared kiosk: a device in the branch where staff record attendance, for teams where not everyone has a work phone.
Shifts and statutory hours
- Shifts and rosters: shifts per branch or team, weekly rosters and rest days.
- Ramadan hours: Ramadan schedules for Muslim staff of at most six hours a day and 36 a week under Article 98 of the Labour Law; anything beyond is overtime.
- Summer hours: separate summer schedules when your company uses them.
From attendance to payroll
Attendance flows straight into the payroll run: unpaid absence, and overtime at the hourly wage plus 50% of the basic hourly wage under Article 107. When there is a late arrival, an absence or a missing punch, the employee sees it first and can explain before it reaches the manager, so nobody is deducted without a chance to respond.
