Employee: Sick leave on WhatsApp

    Sara does not log in. She messages Rafiq on WhatsApp and attaches a photo of her sick note.

  2. Rafiq AI · AI assistant

    It reads the dates from the note and checks her balance, then shows the request exactly as it will be sent. Nothing goes out until Sara confirms.

  3. Sara Al-Qahtani · Accountant

    Khalid gets the request with the note attached. Sara gets a receipt with the request number and can withdraw it until it is approved.

Three things Rafiq AI always does

  • Shows before it acts

    Every change appears on an approval card: a one-line summary, a table of what will change, and Approve or Cancel.

  • Waits for an authorised person

    It works with the user’s own permissions, and sensitive actions such as approving payroll need a second approver. It never approves on its own.

  • Leaves an undoable receipt

    Every action has a receipt in the audit log, with undo on the receipt itself where the tool supports it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the data in the demo real?

No. All names and numbers are samples. The 30-day trial comes with a full sample company preloaded, and you can import your own people whenever you like.

Is this the actual product interface?

It is a simplified copy of the RafiqHR interface, built for this page. The chat, approval cards, receipts and canvas work as they do in the product, but some screens are shortened. To see the product itself, start the trial.

Which of this works today?

Everything in the first five scenarios works today: chat in Arabic or English on the web, on your phone and on WhatsApp, bulk approvals, the payroll pre-check and parallel run, iqama renewal lists, learning paths and the HRDF claim draft, and Mudad and WPS files and the GOSI report ready to upload. Renewing in Muqeem, submitting on the HRDF portal and uploading to Mudad happen from your own account on those platforms. The SAP SuccessFactors connector in the sixth scenario is delivered in the Enterprise implementation project.

Does Rafiq AI ever approve or send anything on its own?

No. It shows every change on an approval card and waits for an authorised person, and sensitive actions need a second approver. It does not release salaries: release stays on the payroll screen with a fresh code.
