An integrated HR and payroll system on one employee record
Employee records, attendance, payroll, GOSI, the Mudad file and government relations in one Arabic-first system, at published prices.
An integrated HR and payroll system keeps one record per employee that every module reads: records, attendance, payroll, GOSI, the Mudad file, end of service and government relations. In RafiqHR a pay change is entered once with an effective date and reaches everything, in Arabic and English, at published prices from 7 SAR per employee per month.

What “integrated” really means
An integrated system is not several programs wired together; it is one record per employee that every module reads. When a salary changes once, with an effective date, the change reaches the payroll run, GOSI, the Mudad file and the end-of-service award without being typed again. That prevents a common cause of WPS mismatches: pay changed in payroll but not in the contract or with GOSI.

Government platforms: what works today
- Files ready to upload: the Mudad and WPS wage file, the GOSI contribution report, and salary transfer files for Saudi banks.
- Tracked in the product: Qiwa contracts, iqamas in Muqeem and your Nitaqat band.
- Direct links: there is no direct link to the government platforms today, and none is described as live before it runs in production. The integrations page shows what works now.
Questions to ask before choosing an integrated system
- Does it keep the history of every change? You need it to calculate end of service on the last wage and to look back at any past month.
- Does the payslip explain every line? Explanations cut employee questions and payroll errors.
- Is the price published? Compare the full yearly cost, implementation fees included.
- Does it really work in Arabic? For employees and managers, not only the interface.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between HR software and payroll software?
HR software manages employee records, leave, letters and attendance; payroll software calculates pay, deductions, GOSI and the WPS file. An integrated system puts both on one record, so nothing is entered twice.
Do attendance and leave flow into payroll automatically?
Yes. Unpaid absence, overtime and reduced-pay sick leave go into the payroll run, which the payroll owner approves before it is paid.
Can we move our data from another system?
Yes. Migration is free from Jisr, ZenHR, Bayzat, PalmHR and Menaitech, and from Excel with the import templates.
