Rafiq AI is an AI agent for HR built into RafiqHR. It understands requests in Arabic and English and completes them: it issues letters, files leave requests, and prepares and explains payroll runs. It shows a preview before any change, works with the user’s own permissions, asks for human approval on sensitive decisions, and leaves an undoable receipt.

Approvals and autonomy levels
Each company sets autonomy per role: answer only, suggest, act with approval, or act within limits. Pay, promotions, discipline, terminations and government submissions always need a human approval.
Receipts and undo
Every action is recorded in the audit log with the request, the tool, its inputs and the approver, and can be undone within 24 hours where the tool supports it.
Answers with citations
It answers policy questions from your own documents, citing the clause and version, and sees only what your permissions allow.
A mode for every role
A mode for employees, one for managers, one for HR, and one for payroll that prepares the run and explains variances but never approves it.
Government relations work, queued for you
Rafiq queues iqama renewals that are due soon for the government relations officer to approve and track, through an approval card. Rafiq queues and tracks; it does not submit to Muqeem by itself.
