- Paid plans are billed for at least 20 employees at the plan's price, and never below 1,200 SAR a year. The Free plan has no minimum, up to 10 employees.
- Monthly billing
- Available at 20% more than yearly billing.

- Self-serve set-up is free. Guided set-up is 1,500 SAR once on Essentials, Pro and All-in-one. Enterprise and Government include an implementation package priced in the quote. Migration is free from Jisr, ZenHR, Bayzat, PalmHR, Menaitech.

How is the price calculated?
Per active employee per month, billed yearly in advance: the plan price × employees × 12, less the volume discount, with paid plans billed for at least 20 employees and never below 1,200 SAR a year.
How much does HR software cost in Saudi Arabia?
Most HR systems in Saudi Arabia charge per employee per month, many only share prices in a quote after a demo, and some add an implementation fee. RafiqHR publishes its prices: free up to 10 employees, paid plans from 7 SAR per employee per month, and self-serve set-up is free.
Why do you publish your prices?
So you can see and compare the cost before talking to anyone. Everyone on the same plan pays the same price, and the volume discounts and yearly minimum are published too, so there is no haggling over the base price and no surprise on the invoice.
Are there implementation or set-up fees?
Self-serve set-up is free, and migration is free from Jisr, ZenHR, Bayzat, PalmHR, Menaitech. Guided set-up is optional at 1,500 SAR once. Enterprise and Government include an implementation package priced in the quote.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for up to 10 employees with no time limit: Core HR, leave, letters, self-service and policies, with Rafiq AI answering questions, issuing letters and filing leave.
What does the 30-day trial include?
Any self-serve plan, with no card, up to 50 employees and a sample company preloaded. After 30 days you choose a plan and keep your data, or close the workspace. No paid subscription starts without your approval.
What is the difference between the trial and an enterprise evaluation?
The trial is self-serve for 30 days. An enterprise evaluation is guided, runs 60 or 90 days on your own data with a parallel payroll run and an implementation team, and suits larger companies and public bodies.
Is migration free?
Yes, from Jisr, ZenHR, Bayzat, PalmHR, Menaitech, and from spreadsheets with the import templates. You also pay nothing until your old contract ends, for up to 6 months.
How does Rafiq AI fair use work?
Answers to questions are unlimited on every plan. Actions, such as issuing letters or filing requests on behalf of employees, and document reading come from a monthly pool per company, sized by plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice at the statutory rate.
