Why we publish our prices
HR software in Saudi Arabia is usually sold on quotes. We decided to put our price list on the website instead. Here is the reasoning, and what the numbers include.
We publish RafiqHR prices because HR directors and CFOs need to know whether a system fits the budget before they spend time on demos. A public price list means everyone pays the same list price, the only discounts are the published ones, and you can start a trial on your own data without speaking to sales.
Ask most HR software vendors in the region what their product costs and you will get a meeting, then a demo, then a quote. We understand why. Quotes let a vendor price each deal, and they hide the number until the buyer is invested.
We decided to do the opposite and publish our full price list, with a calculator. This post explains why.
Budgets come before demos
The people who choose HR software in a mid-sized Saudi company are usually an HR director and a CFO. Before either of them spends an afternoon on a demo, they want to know whether the product fits the budget. A published price answers that in a minute. If we are too expensive for you, you find out without losing a week, and so do we.
A price list is a promise
When the price is on the website, everyone pays the same list price for the same thing. The only discounts are the ones we publish too: volume discounts over 500, 2,000 and 10,000 employees, and nothing hidden on top. That makes the conversation about what you need, not about negotiating.
What the price includes
Every plan is priced per employee per month and billed yearly. Free covers up to 10 employees with Core HR, leave, letters, self-service and policies, and Rafiq AI answering questions, issuing letters and filing leave. Essentials adds attendance, payroll, GOSI, the Mudad file and end of service; Pro adds government relations, employee relations, Nitaqat planning and talent; All-in-one adds every other module. Paid plans have a yearly minimum, because supporting a very small account costs about the same as supporting a larger one, and we would rather say that openly than bury it in a set-up fee. Self-serve set-up is free, and migration from the main Saudi HR systems is free too.
Start without talking to us
Because the price is public, the trial can be too. You can start a 30-day trial with no card and a sample company preloaded, import your people from an Excel file and try Rafiq AI on your own data before you speak to anyone. When you do want to talk, we will be talking about your rollout, not about the number.
You can see the current list, and estimate your annual cost, on our pricing page.
